We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can – usually within 1-2 working days of receiving your order.

It is important to us that your order reaches you in perfect condition. We pack all orders in protective packaging suited to the contents.

Demand for some titles can be high. All orders are processed in the order in which we receive them. Sometimes a product can go out of stock with us at our shop before we are able to update the stock on our website. If this does happen after your order has been placed, we will contact you to explain this and advise you of the steps we are taking to fulfil your order. If we are unable to source additional stock within an acceptable timescale we will refund your order.

Pre-orders

We aim to dispatch all pre-order titles on or around the date of publication. Sometimes, due to circumstances beyond our control, there might be a delay. Should this be the case, we will contact you to let you know.

If your order contains a combination of in stock and pre-ordered titles, we will usually hold the order and dispatch when all titles are in stock. If you would like us to release parts of your order sooner, please contact us to arrange an additional postage and packaging payment.

Delivery in the UK

We have a standard postage and packaging charge of £4.95 (Royal Mail Tracked 48 service) for deliveries to any UK address.

As a guide, tracked deliveries to UK addresses should arrive within 2-3 days of dispatch. Delivery times are however outside of our control and during busy periods, depending on the postage option chosen, can take slightly longer.

Delivery to international addresses

Please enquire if you would like to order books to post to international addresses. At the moment we are not set up to process payments for addresses outside the UK however we intend for this to be a service we add in the future.

‘Collect in store’ orders

Our website offers the option of collection in store from our bookshop at 1 Middle Row, Chipping Norton, OX7 5NH. Orders can be collected during normal trading hours: Monday – Saturday 9.30am-5.00pm, Sunday 10.30am-4.00pm.

Communication

After placing an order, you will receive an email communication from us acknowledging that we have received your order.

You will receive a further email communication to confirm your order has been dispatched.
